1. No Purchase Necessary. The contest (the “Contest”) starts at 9AM ET January 28, 2009 and continues until 9AM ET on March 9, 2009 (“Contest Closing Date”). To enter go online to www.chillonline.ca/sony, accept these full rules, and complete and submit the online registration form.

2. There is (1) one Grand Prize available to be won consisting of one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) TicketMaster Canada gift card. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Contest Sponsor’s option. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery

3. This Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of 19 years excluding residents of Quebec, employees and persons with whom they are domiciled of the Contest Sponsor or Chill Media Inc, and their respective affiliated companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers. Limit of one entry per person/e-mail address per day.

4. A random draw to select the potential winner will be conducted by a representative of the Contest Sponsor from among all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date on March 13, 2009, at approximately 3:00 pm ET in Oakville, Ontario. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated on his/her entry within three (3) business days of being selected. If a selected entrant cannot be reached after a minimum of 3 call attempts made within five (5) business days of the first call attempt, or if the entrant declines the Grand Prize or does not otherwise comply with these Contest Rules (“Rules”), another random draw will be conducted to select a replacement entrant in the same manner.

5. In order to be declared a winner selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or telephone and will be required to sign and return a standard declaration and release form releasing the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of entrant’s participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the Contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, failing which selected entrant will forfeit the Grand Prize.

6. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assumes no liability for damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer resulting from participating in the game. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Use of script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated system to enter or with intent to impair the integrity of the entry process are prohibited and all such entries will be void.

7. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the contest judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and none will be returned. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this contest or any portion of this contest, or extend the deadline of this contest, at any time without prior notice.
