It appears that Sir Elton John is planning to perform next summer in celebration of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
And Elton isn't the only musical superstar who will be doing so.
Rumors have it that he wants the rock gods in Muse join him in playing. Sir Paul McCartney is also expected to be involved, possibly reuniting with his ex-Beatles bandmate Ringo Starr. Other names being tossed around are Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones.
A summer of rock and roll and the highest level of sports sounds like a good one to us.
