Here at Chill we don’t discriminate. We know that all us guys love a good BBQ, but what we want grilled on that Q varies from season to season and person to person.
So in order to keep all you gentlemen happy we came up with a plan.
It involves a professional griller named Michael Cortese, the Pit Boss for the Blowin’ Smoke Canadian BBQ Team, and a Humber College culinary student (Toronto, ON), a newcomer to the world of grilling. Spencer Malcovich took the challenge this month and believes his fresh outlook on the grill blows The Pit Boss’ Christmas grillin’ recipe out of the water.
