The weather man is coming through this Easter weekend with reports of up to 28 degrees!! For most of us Easter is all about friends, family, and good times. For the kids, it's about Easter eggs hunts, Cadbury eggs, and chocolate bunnies. Get the fam outside this weekend and enjoy the sunshine ... there are tons of activities around town that the whole family will love.
Toronto Beaches Lions Annual Easter Parade
For over 40 years East Toronto has enjoyed a parade celebrating Easter and the beginning of spring. Now officially sponsored by the Lions Club in the Beach neighborhood,
Toronto's Easter Parade runs along Queen Street West. Themes of the floats and marchers may not always relate directly to Easter, but it's all good fun.
• Sunday April 4, 2010
• Parade begins at 2pm and lasts approximately one hour
• Route runs from Neville Park, west along Queen Street to Woodbine Avenue
Toronto Zoo Annual Easter "Egg" Stravaganza
The zoo invites children 12 and under to follow clues leading them to animal exhibits containing Easter eggs. There will be special Keeper Talks and the Easter Bunny will be around, plus there you can get a • Hershey treat on the way out while supplies last.

Egg-citing Hunt at Casa Loma
Children 2 years and up can hunt for eggs in the Hunting Lodge garden and will receive a treat after they find their five eggs. $14.50 for children, $19 for adults (both plus GST).

Easter Traditions at Colborne Lodge
Families will explore what Easter was like in the 19th century, including coloring eggs with natural dyes and spotting eggs during tours. Free with admission.
